- Pull sleeves over arms and hands through cuffs.
- Close gown at neck with hook and loop closure system.
- Pull gown closed at the back to protect your body.
- Tie the waist tie at the left side of the gown.

- Break the belt using both hands.
- Undo the neck closure by grabbing the gown from the top of the shoulder pulling away from your body to break the hook and loop closure system.
- Peel the gown away from the neck and shoulders.
- Roll the gown down the body inside out into a bundle to ensure any fluids and contaminants are contained and discard appropriately.
