We consistently refine our requirements and strengthen processes related to corporate social responsibility. Prioritizing quality in products and business practices, we strictly abide by both local and global standards for human rights and social compliance against forced labour and child labour at all manufacturing sites; This includes individual country of origin labour laws, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and the ILO’s 11 Indicators of Forced Labour.

Our mission centres on protecting people from harmful substances and infectious disease, and this goes beyond product safety - we emphasize responsible business practices to protect individuals across our supply chain as well. Everyone deserves to be fairly compensated for their hard work and dedication; we ensure that all our employees and supplier partners receive living wages no lower than the minimum wage rate established by the local labour laws. We also adhere to fair labour practices and do not unlawfully withhold or deduct salaries or impose monetary penalties for misconduct. Additionally, through our robust Supplier Management Program, PRIMED has established agreements with and regularly audits all our contracted vendors, ensuring fair and equitable labour policies are used for goods supplied to PRIMED.
